By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Our online store operates on the Shopify platform. Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to display products, process orders, and facilitate checkout.

Modern Szépségtechnológia offers beauty, personal care, and oral care technology products sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
Our product categories include:
• Intelligent electric toothbrushes.
• Advanced oral irrigators.
• Intelligent LED facial masks.
• Premium radiofrequency facial care devices.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, packaging, accessories, and specifications may vary where the manufacturer makes changes, provided that the product supplied conforms to the purchase contract and applicable law.
Product descriptions do not constitute medical advice or a guarantee of a particular health, cosmetic, or therapeutic result.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant market and checkout.
For customers in Hungary, prices are displayed in Hungarian forints (HUF).
For customers in other markets, including other European Union countries and Ukraine, prices are intended to be displayed in euros (EUR), subject to the currency settings and availability at checkout.
The final price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other disclosed costs will be shown before you complete your order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery charges are not included in the product price.
We reserve the right to change product prices and promotions before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
If a material pricing or product-description error affects an order, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law and communicate with you where necessary.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our online store, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products under the conditions displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and selected products are accurate.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The purchase contract is formed when your order is accepted and we communicate that acceptance to you, subject to applicable law.
We may be unable to accept an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery cannot be arranged, or another legitimate reason applies.
If we cannot fulfil an order after receiving payment, we will notify you and arrange a refund where required.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and the payment methods made available at checkout.
Depending on your location, device, and checkout eligibility, available payment methods may include payment cards, digital wallets, and other supported methods.
The payment options actually available to you will be displayed during checkout.
By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Your order may be subject to payment authorisation, security checks, and fraud-prevention procedures.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction or in every country.
8. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at modernszepsegtechnologia@gmail.com and include your order number.
We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may use the applicable withdrawal and return procedures described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer delivery to Hungary, other European Union countries, and Ukraine, subject to service availability and any restrictions displayed at checkout.
Our standard delivery charges are:
• Hungary: HUF 6,500.
• Other European Union countries: HUF 9,500.
• Ukraine: HUF 9,500.
We offer free standard delivery for orders with a total value of HUF 325,000 or more, subject to the applicable checkout conditions.
Our estimated delivery timeframes are:
• Hungary: up to 5 days.
• Other European Union countries: up to 14 days.
• Ukraine: up to 14 days.
Order processing may take up to 3 working days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are separate from processing time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will comply with any mandatory delivery deadlines applicable under consumer protection law.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.

10. International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union, including orders delivered to Ukraine, may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking the applicable import requirements before placing an international order.
We will provide any information required from us under applicable law and will not use this section to exclude mandatory seller obligations.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible purchases, subject to the terms of that policy.

Depending on the circumstances, you may also be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, a refund, or other remedies for products that do not conform to the purchase contract.

Some products may be accompanied by a manufacturer's commercial warranty of one year, subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms.

Depending on the product category, purchase price, and applicable Hungarian law, mandatory guarantee periods and other consumer remedies may apply.
If you believe that a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
