This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Modern Szépségtechnológia online store, operated by Lénárt Energy Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (“we”, “us” or “our”).
We aim to make your shopping experience straightforward and transparent. This policy explains how to return products, request a refund, and resolve issues with defective or damaged items.

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible purchases.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the applicable return conditions set out in this policy.
This 30-day policy is an additional benefit offered by our store. It does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law, including the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days where applicable.

We do not impose a blanket exclusion on all opened products. Any applicable exception for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons will be assessed in accordance with the relevant legal requirements and the circumstances of the product.

5. Return Shipping Costs
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns under our store's return policy.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the contract, we will handle the return in accordance with applicable law and will not charge you return-shipping costs where the law requires us to cover them.

6. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, or receive evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will assess the return and process any refund due.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
